Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled before shipment. If you have already made the payment but need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, the order cannot be canceled.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, if you meet the following criteria, you can apply for a refund or a reshipment:

You did not receive the goods within the guaranteed time (45 days, excluding the processing time of 2-5 days).

You received the wrong product

You do not want the product you have received (but you must return it at your own expense and it must be unused).

We will not provide a refund if any of the following situations occur:

The failure to deliver your order is due to reasons caused by yourself (for example, providing an incorrect delivery address).

Your order could not be delivered due to special circumstances beyond our control, such as failure to pass customs clearance or delays caused by natural disasters.
